Challenge
As our operations grew in Aston, Stevenage, we needed additional space to sterilise cleaning equipment, support our expanding team, and enhance our staff training. The goal was to transform an empty barn into a high-standard, multi-functional facility that adhered to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) best practices.
Solution
We repurposed and updated the space with high-quality materials and upgraded power infrastructure. To better support our needs, we reconfigured the layout by removing some walls, creating a more open-plan design with designated areas for equipment sterilisation, team coordination, and a purpose-built BICSc training room for new cleaning staff and ongoing professional development.
Outcome
Our new office has been renovated to provide a flexible space for our team, designed to support our growth and improve our training capabilities. It reflects our commitment to upholding high standards in facilities management and cleaning practices, while providing a practical, professional environment that matches the quality service we deliver to our clients.
