We’re pleased to share that One Facility has once again been awarded the We Invest in People accreditation by Investors in People – an achievement we’ve proudly held since 2012.
This accreditation supports us in highlighting our commitment to creating a workplace where our people feel valued, trusted, and supported to do their best work.

The report from Investors in People praised our ability to grow as a company despite significant changes, including a major restructure and a management buyout. It also noted the positive work environment we’ve built, where people value their colleagues and the collaborative culture.
Survey results from our team were above the industry average in nearly every category, with standout feedback on how we empower people to work independently, avoid micromanaging, and prioritise personal growth through training and development.
