Simon is our Managing Director. He’s been with us since the beginning, and he’s responsible for the inaugural award of our largest client, as well as multiple contract extensions over the years, resulting in an incredible client relationship spanning over 15 years. His focus is now on business development and evolving in line with our strategies and objectives, to drive growth based on our strong foundation – our rich service delivery ethic. Simon excels in identifying potential in our staff and providing opportunities for development that make our people the best fit for the job. His strategic mindset has been the driving force of our development, every step of the way. Outside of work, Simon can be found embracing his love for football, motorcycle trials riding, F1, and spending time with his family and pets.
